5.1 Verification Requirements
DX777 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals. At minimum, the following documents may be requested: a government-issued photo identity document (such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence) and proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).
5.2 Verification Timing

In cases of match abandonment, reduced formats (such as a DLS-revised result) or disputes over match outcomes, DX777's determination of void or settled markets will follow the rules published in the sportsbook's cricket betting rules documentation.
9.4 Slot and Casino Games

16.1 By DX777
DX777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if account closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. In cases where an Account is closed due to the User's breach, any applicable bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeit. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification and any applicable AML checks.
16.2 By the User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to DX777's operating jurisdiction.
